ORDER PROCESSING

• All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, if available.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

International

• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or shipping carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied according to the applicable promotion terms.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to track your package. Tracking updates may take some time to become available after dispatch.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
